Polices and Procedures

Supplies and Equipment
-We supply all Equipment and supplies. However, if you prefer a different product to be used on a surface in your home we are happy to use it if you provide it for us.

Conduct
-We do not smoke, drink or eat in your home. We do not watch tv, play or listen to any of your electronic devices.

Team
– Usually there is one person cleaning your home, but depending on your size and requests it might require our team.

Payment
– Payment is due on the day of services. We only accept checks. However for your convenience for any other arrangements need to be made in advance of service.

Pets and Plants
– We are pet friendly but appreciate your help in making sure pets are secured out of cleaning areas and safe during cleaning days. Our office should be made aware of any special requirements in safeguarding your pets. Due to the individual care that plants require we are not able to maintain them.

Extra Work
– Our cleaning teams follow our standard cleaning checklist and also specific instructions on the worksheet customized for your home. Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance for any additional needs. (Price subject to change)

Keys
-Please make sure our cleaning team has access to your home on cleaning day. Most of our customers provide us with a key. Customers are kept secured and are not attached to any name address or other identifying information.

Security Alarms
-If your home is equipped with an alarm system, please be sure it is in an off or unarmed position prior to our arrival

Schedule Changes
-If you must reschedule or skip your regular cleaning day, we appreciate a 48 hour notice. If we are unable to enter the home upon arrival it may be necessary to assess a lockout fee to cover expenses. Lockout fees are subject to change during the holidays.Service reminder calls and text are only made for customers with frequencies of once a month or every 4 weeks.

Arrival Window
-We will leave our office atleast 1 to 2 hours early to avoid any delays such as traffic.

Valuables
-To avoid accidents, it would be helpful to secure all valuables, collectibles, etc

Children
-Please do not leave small children unattended where they could have access to cleaning supplies. Some cleaning supplies are harmful if swallowed.
